Great experience!! Ive been dealing with a lot of pain and stress and today for the first time in a long time I feel great. Foti the owner did Acupuncture and Cupping, he was able to ease my pain really fast I almost fell asleep on the table. Im really hard to unplug, I always have something on the back on my mind and for me to being able to just relax was Great!! He sat down with me at the end and gave me various tips about nutrition and supplements that should help me with my situation. Did my next appointment before leaving. Very happy with the service overall ??

I have had severe back pain for several years (because of scoliosis and bulging discs), and have recently tried more extensive treatments with a chiropractor, physical therapy, vitamin supplements, and deep tissue massage. While all of those help, I found the most relief with acupuncture at Anthos. I was skeptical, and a little scared to be honest, to try acupuncture. But Foti was very professional, kind, and calm. I$0027ve had 3 treatments so far, and by the 2nd treatment I felt immense pain relief. I would highly recommend this type of treatment for someone who feels like «they$0027ve tried everything» already.

Amazing!! I have had chronic migraines for about 15 years. The pain and side effects from the meds were controlling my life. After only a few sessions with Foti they are almost gone! I went for my first experience with acupuncture a few days ago. I was a bit nervous, but had read enough research articles on the benefits to encourage me to try it. Foti is very knowledgeable about his practice, and great about talking you through the procedures. We had an in-depth consultation at the beginning, and he also suggested different supplements and dietary changes for my injury/lifestyle. The actual acupuncture portion was much more enjoyable and relaxing than I anticipated. He had calming music playing with low lighting. After telling him in the consultation that I get cold easily, he put a heated lamp over my feet without me even asking. When he placed the first needle, I immediately felt the tension and pain in my neck and shoulder melt away. He also used electro stimulation on some of the needles, and it felt amazing. I laid on the table with the needles for about 30 minutes, Im honestly guessing because I fell asleep! After he removed them, he massaged the area and used a menthol spray. The rest of the day I felt incredibly relaxed, and I slept GREAT!
As a nurse, I can see first hand how this therapy can be great when used with other methods and treatments for injuries and stress. If youre on the fence about trying this therapy, I hope my experience can help encourage you to go for it!
